Green Beans with Feta and Basil - a delish vegetable side

So, we decided to try a new recipe for a vegetable side - and it was delicious!!  (note to self, grow substantially more green beans next year!)

Ingredients:
     3 pounds organic green beans, trimmed
     1 1/2 teaspoons dijon mustard
     3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
     1/2 cup olive oil
     3/4 teaspoon salt
     1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
     4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
     1/2 cup fresh organic basil leaves, chopped

Instructions:
Step 1 - Place beans in a steamer basket over boiling water.  Cover and steam for 4 minutes, or until crisp tender.


Step 2 - Plunge into ice water, and then drain

Step 3 - Whisk together dijon mustard and next four ingredients in a large bowl.  Add beans, feta and basil and toss gently.
